Tarragon Chicken With Rice

Tarragon chicken with Rice is a delicious and different continental dish but also made in Pakistan.Its a bit spicy and saucy recipe.It can be served in any Grand Meal also.


For Rice

Rice 2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Water 2 cup
Salt as per taste

Tarragon Chicken

Chicken Strips 1/2 kg
Salt as per Taste
Red Crushed Pepper 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Tomato 2 Medium size
Green & Red Capsicum1 small
Ketchup 1/2 cup


Heat water until it is boiling.Add rice that are soaked in water for 25 minutes.When water is drained cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.Your Rice are ready to serve.Marinate Chicken with red crushed pepper,salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce ,1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp black pepper for 25 minutes.Tarragon Chicken with Rice

Heat oil in a pan.Coat chicken with beaten egg.Add this chicken to the hot oil until it is golden brown.In another pan heat oil.Add chopped garlic.Add capsicum when garlic gets golden.Add 1 tbsp soya sauce ,1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 cup ketchup and cook for 5 minutes until sauce is thick.Add fried chicken in it and mix well.Let it cook for 5 minutes.Transfer your Tarragon Chicken in plate. Sprinkle Seseme Seeds on this spicy Tarragon Chicken and assemble with Rice.Serve Hot!!Get complete video recipe here.
