Steam Roast

Steam roast is a broast recipe that can be served in Tea-Time.When suddenly some guests come between 4-5’O clock then you can make this steam roast and serve it to them.

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 kg

Tikka Masla 1/2 packet

Crushed Red Pepper 2 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Corriander Powder 2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Lemon Juice 1 cup

Coal 1 piece

Procedure:

Wash our chicken and rinse it off.Marinate it with yogurt,

Steam Roast

crushed red pepper,Corriander Powder,salt,lemon juice and tikka masala.Let it marinate for 1 and half hour at least. Then Fry the chicken in hot oil on medium flame. Then Place a porous pot in a steel container. Fill that steel pot with water and put fried chicken in porous pot. Cover it with lid. Let  it steam for 15 minutes on medium flame.Then Place out chicken in another pot. Heat coal until it gets red.

Place it in a dish. Put that dish in the  pot of chicken and pour a little oil on coal and cover with lid quickly so that the smoke remains inside. After 10 minutes your steam roaste with a touch of BBQ wil be ready. Enjoy with Ketchup ,French fries or Chapati with Simple Salad with Rice or Chapati...Also Try Tawa Spicy Chicken.
