Shahi Anda/Masaly Dar Anda

Shahi Masaly Dar Anda is my own recipe of Fried egg.Kids love to eat egg but sometimes they get bored of traditional eggs.You can make it to change their taste.You’ll find it to be a delicious recipe.It’ll be ready in 5 minutes.


Oil 2 tbsp
Tomatoes half cup chopped
Capsicum half cup chopped
Chicken cube half
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi/Fenugreek Powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2

Procedure :

Fully boil two eggs.Chop it and place aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium flame.Add half cup chopped tomatoes.After that add half chicken stock and let it saute for 60 sec.When tomatoes are soft add chopped capsicum in it.Add 1/2 tsp Black pepper,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp kasoori methi or fenugreek powder.After powder masala add few seeds of Kalonji in it.Chicken cube contain salt in it.But you can add salt according to your taste in it.I have added 1 tsp salt.Mix well and let it fry on medium flame.After 3-4 minutes it’ll be ready.
