Restaurant Style Fried Rice

Restaurant Style Fried Rice is a perfect fried rice recipe.It can be served with with many dishes. You can serve it with Chicken Manchurian,Garlic Chicken Honey Chilli Chicken and many more.Now make restaurant like rice at your home without any extra ingredient.Enjoy taste and health at one.

Ingredients:

For Chicken Stock

Chicken with bones 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Onion
Green Chillies
Garlic Cloves
Coriander leaves
Red pepper

Fried Rice

Oil 1 cup
Garlic cloves 5-6
Chicken 1/4 kg
Chicken Stock 2 cup
Carrot 1/4 kg
Capsicum 1/4 kg
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 2 tbsp
White Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Egg 3
Milk 2 tbsp
Rice 4 cup

Procedure:

Chicken Stock

Soak 4 cup rice in excess water for at least half an hour. Now make chicken stock. To make chicken stock add 1/2 kg chicken with bone in a pan.Add 1 tbsp Black pepper ,1 tbsp Salt Sliced Onion, Green Chilies, Garlic Cloves, Coriander leaves and Red pepper.Add 1 liter water in it.Let it cook on high flame for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes strain chicken stock.Separate chicken and stock.Place aside.

Scramble Egg

In a separate bowl add 3 eggs with 2 tbsp of milk.Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp black pepper in it.Beat it well.Heat oil in a pan add beaten egg and cook its one side.When its done flip it and do the same with the other one.Cut it to make scramble egg.When it is done transfer it into a plate.

Heat Oil inĀ  a Pan.Add chopped garlic.Saute until it gets golden brown.Add Boiled Chicken in it.Let it cook for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is done.After that add 2 cups of Chicken stock in it.Let it cook for 5 minutes.Add chopped Carrots and capsicum in it.After that add 1 tbsp vinegar,1 tbsp soy sauce,1 tbsp hot sauce.Mix well and add 1 tbsp black pepper and 1 tbsp white pepper.Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add soaked Rice into the pan.Then add scramble egg .Mix it well.Cover the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on Dam.After 5 minutes transfer into a plate.Serve hot!.
