Raita is a Yogurt Dip.It is a healthy side meal as it includes a lot of chopped or crushed vegetables.Serve it with Chicken Tikka Biryani or any other Rice Recipe.


Yogurt 1 cup

Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Onions 1

Tomato 1

Potato 1

Green Chilli & Lemon for Garnishing

Black Pepper 1 tsp
