Punjabi Aaloo Karely

Punjabi Aaloo karely is a famous Punjab Dish.It is made in Dhaba( Our road side Restaurants).It is very much liked by Tourists visited Punjab Pakistan.Make it at your home with the same taste as that of Dhaba.Enjoy a good time with your family.

Ingredients:

Oil as required

Onion 2 large

Bitter Gourd 1/2 kg

Salt as per taste

Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp

Red crushed Pepper 1 tbsp

Tomatoe 2 large

Potatoes 2 large

Procedure:

Punjab Aaloo Karely

Wash 1/2 kg Bitter Gourd well.Rinse it off.Let it dry. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion in it.Fry until golden brown. Transfer it to plate. Then add bitter gourd with 1 tbsp of salt in hot oil. Fry on medium flame until golden. When they are done transfer it to the plate.

Add chopped tomatoes,green chillies,1 tbsp salt,turmeric powder and red crushed pepper in it. Add sliced potatoes in it and cook until potatoes gets soft. Then add fried onion in it.Cook for 5 minutes and add fried bitter gourd. Then cover the lid and cook on low flame. After 5 minutes your Delicious and simple Punjabi AAloo Krely is Ready.
