Podine ki Chutney/Podina chatni/Mint chatni is a spicy and delicious chatni/sauce.It is ready to make.You can serve it with any curry or rice recipes.You can serve it with spicy Biryani and also with no spice chinese rice.Make it and enjoy its taste.


Coriander Leaves 1 pack
Mint leaves 1 pack
Green chilli 3-4
Garlic cloves 2-3
Salt as per taste
Lemon half
Water as required

Wash coriander leaves and mint leaves with water.Then Place it in a strainer to lose excess water.Wash Green chilies also.Remember nothing is more important than your family’s health.Even you should not compromise on your health.In a blender add coriander leaves ,mint leaves,green chillies,1 tsp salt and garlic cloves.Squeeze half lemon carefully in the blender. Do not add lemon seeds in it.It will lead to the bitter taste of mint chutney/sauce.

Add water to make a thick paste.Now Blend all of the things well in the blender.Then Open and check whether it is homogenized or not.When it is done transfer it into a serving bow;.You can also store it in refrigerator for 3 weeks.You can serve this chatni with any curry/chicken gravy,rice,pulao and biryani.You can also erve to assemble with dahi bary.If you make pai puri you can add it on that pani ouri too.It has a lot of uses.So what are you waiting.Make it and enjoy!!.Grabb its complete video recipe here.Grabb another chatni/sauce recipe here.
