Moon Dal/Green Lentil half cup
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Baking Soda 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Coriander Leaves 1 pack
Mint leaves 1 pack
Green chilli 3-4
Garlic cloves 2-3
Salt as per taste
Lemon half
Water as required
Tamarind /Imli 1/4 kg
Water as required
Gudd 2-3 piece
Red Pepper 7-9 pieces
Dates 2-3
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Potatoes 2 large
Onion 2 large
Tomatoe  1 small
Green Chillies 2-3
Chat Masala as required


For Moong Dal Dahi Bary

Soak Moong dal in water for half an hour.Then blend this with half cup of water to make a thick paste.Then transfer it into a bowl.Add 1 tbsp salt,cumin seeds ,baking soda in it.Then mix it well.Heat oil in a pan.Take one deep spoon. Add Batter in it and pour it in oil.Deep fry its one side for 5 minutes.Flip and fry the other side until golden brown.Transfer it into a bowl full of water for half an hour.After half an hour press one bara/bhalla /vada lightly and do the same with the other Bhalla.With the same method make phulkian

For Mint/Podina Chutney

Wash coriander leaves and mint leaves with water.Then Place it in a strainer to lose excess water.Wash Green chilies also.Remember nothing is more important than your family’s health.Even you should not compromise on your health.In a blender add coriander leaves ,mint leaves,green chillies,1 tsp salt and garlic cloves.Squeeze half lemon carefully in the blender. Do not add lemon seeds in it.It will lead to the bitter taste of mint chutney/sauce.

Add water to make a thick paste.Now Blend all of the things well in the blender.Then Open and check whether it is homogenized or not.When it is done transfer it into a serving bowl.You can also store it in refrigerator for 3 weeks.

For Imli Ki Chutney

Soak tamarind overnight in half cup of water.In the morning blend it well to make a thick paste.This is your tamarind pulp.You can preserve it in refrigerator for 1 month.Now in a pan take 1 tbsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp fennel seeds.Add red pepper too. Roast them on medium flame.Roast for 5 minutes.Then add tamarind pulp in it.Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.Then add some water in it and cook it.

Now add some dates and gudd in it.Mix well .Now Add some water and let it cook and mix in tamarind pulp to make a homogenise sauce.Cove it for 5 minutes until an amazing smell is coming.Then check if the pulp is well mixed and dates are melted or not.Cook for further 2 minutes if necessary.Transfer it into a serving dish.Also You can pour it into a bottle to preserve it for further use.

For Dahi Bara Assembling

Boil Potatoes in water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.Peel it off and cut according to your desire..In a serving dish make a layer of Dahi Bara,then A layer of yogurt,podina chutney/imli chutney.Then For second layer spread potatoes,chopped onion and phulkian.Now Spread another layer of yogurt,podina chutney,imli ki chutney.Then in the last layer spread onion,tomatoes and green chillies.At the end
