Moli Paratha

Moli Paratha is a simple breakfast Paratha especiall y made in winter.As Radish is available in winter season.Serve with Garlic Sauce.Make for your kids’lunch.


Radish 2

Salt 1 tbsp

Paprika Powder 1 tbsp

Radish Leaves 1 cup

Wheat Flour 1 cup

Lukewarm Water as required

Oil as needed

Procedure:Moli Paratha

Knead wheat flour with lukewarm water and 1 tbsp oil well.Place it aside for 15 minutes. Now Take grated Radish in a bowl.Add 1 tbsp salt,1 tbsp Paprika Powder and radish leaves in it. Mix well. Then make small balls out of knead flour.Roll it. Apply oil and spread grated radish on it.Cover it with the second layer.Roll it well again.Now carefully put it on Tawa/Pan. Add oil on it.Cook it on one side and then flip its side.Now cook it on other side.Cook both sides for 5 minutes.Then transfer it to plate.Serve with Garlic Sauce.
