Masala Fried Rice

Masala Fried Rice is an Indo-Chinese Rice Recipe.It is actually Fried Rice with a bit touch of spices as Spices are very famous in subcontinent.So if you want to eat fried rice but want some spice too .then what are you waiting for ,just make this and enjoy!!

Ingredients

Rice 1 cup

Yellow Food Colour

Salt as per taste

Chicken Stock 2 cup

Oil 1 cup

Capsicum

Orange Carrot

Tomato

Green Chilli

Soya Sauce

Black Pepper

Egg 1

Procedure:

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add pinch of Yellow food colour,salt as per taste and 1 cup chicken stock in it.

Masala Fried Rice

Let it cook for 5- 10 minutes until the water gets boiled. Then add Washed and soaked rice in it.Wash properly as nothing is more important than your family’s health. Then Cover the lid and let the rice cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium flame. Add vegetables, 2 tbsp soya sauce,1 tbsp black pepper and 1 cup chicken stock in it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes on high flame until the vegetables gets the flavour of spices.

Now beat an egg with pinch of yellow food colour ,salt as your taste  and pinch black pepper.Then Heat oil in a pan. Add the beaten egg in it. Cook the egg from one side for 2-3 minutes.Then flip its side and cook for 2-3 minutes. Crush the egg into pieces and let it cook. Transfer it to plate.

Add boiled rice in the pan of vegetables.Then Add scrambled egg in it. Mix it well as well mixing leads to the true taste of your fried rice. Let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame . Finally Dish out your masala fried rice and enjoy with Ketchup or hot sauce.
