Manchurian With Fried Rice

Manchurian with Fried Rice is a typical chinese Rice dish. But now a day very popular in many parts of the world specially in Pakistan. Then what are you thinking of make it for your family too.

Ingredients for Manchurian with Fried Rice:

For Manchurian:

Chicken Boneless (Cube Cutting)  1/4 kg 
Ginger Paste 2 tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tsp  
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 6-8 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Maida Flour 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Chicken Stock ½ cup

For Fried Rice:

Chicken Boneless (cube cutting) 300g
Rice 1/4 kg
Salt as per taste

Red Chili Crushed ½ tsp
Black Pepper, Crushed ½ tsp
Cooking Oil 1 ½ tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Capsicum 2 pieces
Onion 1 piece
Tomato 1 piece
Chili Garlic Sauce 1tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Carrots 1 piece
Chopped Cabbage 1 cup
Egg 1
Chicken Stock 1 cup

Procedure:

For Fried Rice:

Boil Water in a pan. Then add Washed and soaked rice in it. Wash properly as nothing is more important than your family’s health. Then Cover the lid and let the rice cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium flame. Add vegetables, 1 tbsp soya sauce,1 tbsp black pepper and 1 cup chicken stock in it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes on high flame until the vegetables gets the flavour of spices.

Now beat an egg with pinch of yellow food colour ,salt as your taste  and pinch black pepper.Then Heat oil in a pan. Add the beaten egg in it. Cook the egg from one side for 2-3 minutes.Then flip its side and cook for 2-3 minutes. Crush the egg into pieces and let it cook. Transfer it to plate.

Add boiled rice in the pan of vegetables.Then Add scrambled egg in it. Mix it well as well mixing leads to the true taste of your fried rice. Let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame . Your Fried Rice are Ready.

In a cooking pot add, cooking oil, egg, capsicum, cabbage, carrots, boiled rice, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, green onion and cook for a while.Manchurian with Fried Rice

For Manchurian:

In a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour (1 tbsp), maida, lemon juice, Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Ginger Paste (1 tsp),Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, egg and mix it well. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  In a cooking pan, add cooking oil (as needed), marinated chicken and deep fry until light brown.  In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, Ginger Paste (1 tsp),Garlic Paste (1 tsp), fried chicken, salt, green chilli, Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, sugar, Vinegar, chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes. Next, add corn flour (1 tbsp) mixed with water (3 tbsp). Your tasty Chicken Manchurian now ready to serve.Grabb Complete video recipe here.
