Ingredients for Manchurian Gobhi

Cauliflower 1/4 kg
Ginger Paste 2 tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 6-8 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Maida Flour 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Manchurian Gobhi

Boil cauliflower with a pinch of salt here. In a bowl, add cauliflower, salt, corn flour (1 tbsp), maida, Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Ginger Paste (1 tsp),Red Chilli Powder, and mix it well. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, Ginger Paste (1 tsp),Garlic Paste (1 tsp), boiled cauliflower salt,  Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup,  Vinegar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
