Lemon Chilli Pickle-Nimbu Mirch ka Achar

Lemon Chilli Pickle-Nimbu Ka Achar is a quick and Tasty Achar Recipe that will be ready in hardly 20 minutes.You don’t need excess of Oil to make this Achar.You can also make only Hari mirch ka achar by using this recipe.Make this Achar and you can store it for months.Vinegar is used as an preservative.Serve with Paratha & Enjoy!!!

Ingredients For Lemon Chilli Pickle-Nimbu Ka Achar

Fennel Seeds 1 cup
Cumin Seeds 1/2 cup
Nigella Seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1 cup
Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 & 1/2 cup
Lemon 1/2 kg
Green Chilli 1/2 kg
Mustard Oil 4 tbsp
Vinegar 3 cup
Salt as per taste
Paprika Powder 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp

Procedure:Lemon Chilli Pickle-Nimbu Ka Achar

In a pan Add 1 cup Fennel Seeds, 1/2 cup Cumin Seeds , 1/2 tsp Nigella Seeds , 1 cup Fenugreek Seeds , 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds and 1 cup Coriander Powder. Roast these on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Then transfer it into blender.Blend it well.

Wash 1/2 kg Lemon & Green chili and dry them. Then transfer these into a big bowl.Add salt as per taste,3 tbsp paprika powder,2 tbsp turmeric powder. Mix well. Then add 3 cups of vinegar and 4 tbsp Mustard Oil in it. Mix it well with plastic or wood spoon. Don’t use steel or silver spoon. Place it for 20 minutes and use. For better taste use it after 3 days. Serve this Lemon Chilli Pickle-Nimbu Ka Achar with Parathas. You can preserve it for months. Vinegar acts as an preservative.
