Kofta Biryani

Kofta Biryani is a spicy Biryani recipe.Everyone loves Biryani.Biryani is an exposure of Spices actually.This kofta biryani is made with a delicious combo of spices .Its delicious in taste.Just make at home and enjoy a different style of biryani!

Ingredients:

Frozen Meat Balls 6-8
Oil to fry
Yogurt 1 cup
Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste.
Tomato 2 cup
Water 1 cup
Biryani Masala 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Tomato chopped 1 cup

Procedure:

Heat Oil in a pan.Fry frozen Meatballs in it.Recipe of frozen meatballs is given on my blog.Transfer it into a plate when they are golden brown.Take 1 cup yogurt in a bowl.Mix well and marinate fried Meatballs in it for half an hour.

Heat Oil in a pan.Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it.When they turn golden add marinated meat balls in it.Let it cook for 10 minutes.Add 2 cups of tomato puree in it.Add 1 cup Water in it.Let it cook until tomatoes have been cooked.Add 1 tbsp Biryani Masala. Add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder.Add 1 tbsp Garam Masala. Mix and let it cook on low high flame for 10 minutes.If needed add some water.After that add chopped /sliced tomatoes in it.Mix and turn off the flame.
In a separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil.Add 4 Cup water.Add 1 tbsp Salt.Add 2-3 bay leaves and green chillies. Let the water boil.When water starts boiling add 2 cup of rice.Let the water soak.Then strain off the rice.

Take a pan make layers of biryani. First add layer of meat ball masala,then place a layer of boiled rice,repeat the process .Then add Yellow and red food colour in it.Spread sliced tomatoes,lemon, green chillies and fried onions  on it.Put it on Dam for 5 minutes.After 4-5 minutes transfer this garma garam biryani in a serving dish.Serve hot with Raita.Grabb its complete video recipe here.Grabb more Rice recipes here.
