Keema Karelay is a famous Punjabi Dish.You can serve it with Chapatti and Raita .It is a healthy lunch.You can make it as side dish also in any Grand Party or family gathering.So make it and Grabb the appreciation from your family.

Ingredients

Oil 1/2 cup
Bitter Gourd/Karely 1/2 kg
Onion
Garlic 4-6 cloves
Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
Red crushed Pepper 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Tomato 2 large

Procedure:Keema Karelay

Heat Oil in a pan.Add 1/2 kg Bittergourd/Karelay in it.Fry until golden brown for 5-7 minutes.Transfer it to plate.Then add chopped garlic in the same pan.When it get golden brown add 1/2 kg chicken mince in it. Remember to wash chicken mince well.Nothing is more important than your family’s health.Then add 1 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.1 tbsp red crushed pepper and 2 tbsp yogurt. Let the mince tenderize.It’ll take 10-2 minutes to cook.Then add 1 large chopped onion & 2 large chopped tomato in it. Mix well.Then add fried Bitter gourd in it.
