Hari Mirch Ki Sabzi

Hari Mirch Ki Sabzi is a quick and spicy recipe you can serve in breakfast.You can serve it with Paratha.You can also serve it with any other meal as a side dish.It adds an amazing spicy flavour to your meal.It is light and healthy to eat.

Ingredients:

Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Onion 2 small sized
Green Chillies/Hari Mirch 1/4 kg
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves
Garlic Cloves 4-6
Water if needed

Procedure:

Heat Oil in a pan .Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds in it.Roast till starts getting brown.Add 2 small sized chopped onion in it.Saute it until translucent.Then add chopped green chillies in it.Onion are added to lessesn the bitterness of green chillies.Add 1 tbsp Garam Masala in it.Then add 1 tbsp salt or according to your taste.Then add 1 tsp cumin powder ,1 tbsp coriander powder and 1 tsp turmeric in it.Mix well and let it cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile blend 1/2 cup yogurt,4-6 garlic cloves along with few leaves of mint.Add that yogurt mixture to those chillies.Let it further cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Turn off the flame.Transfer it into late.Serve it with Paratha.Grabb its complete video recipe here.Grabb more delicious recipes.
