Garlic Rice is a tasty & delicious traditional rice recipe.When you have nothing to make at home,you have no idea and have a little hunger make this easy to make garlic rice and enjoy woth your family.

Ingredients For Garlic Rice

Garlic 6-7 cloves
Red crushed Pepper 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
Water as required
Tomato 3-4 medium
Oil as required
Rice 4 cups
Green chillies 5-6
Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp


Wash 4 cups of rice in excess of water.Soak it for half an hour.Remember nothing is more important than your family’s health.

Garlic Rice

Then In a blender add 6-7 garlic cloves,tomatoes medium size,1 tbsp salt ,2 tbsp red crushed pepper,1 tbsp turmeric powder and green chillies. Add water to blend well and make a thick paste.Wash all vegetables well before adding to anything. In a pan heat oil approximately 1/2 cup.Add blended paste in it.Then saute it until the smell of garlic goes away.Simmer it on low flame for 5-6 minutes.you can add more water if you want more slippery rice and want that rice would melt into your mouth.After 5 minutes let the garlic water boil.when it starts boiling add 4 cups of soaked rice.Let it cover and cook for 5-10 minutes until the rice becomes soft.When the water is dried out,lower the flame and keep it on Dam for 4-5 minutes.Then transfer it to plate and serve hot!!.Grabb its complete video recipe here.
