Beef Mince 1/4 kg
Salt 1 tbsp
Red crushed Pepper 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Onion half medium
Garlic 5-6
Water as needed
Garam Flour /Besan 1 cup
Oil as required


Frozen Meat Balls

Take 1/4 kg Beef mince and wash it well.Add 1 tbsp Salt in it.Add 1 tbsp Red crushed pepper.Add 1 tbsp Garam Masala,1 tbsp coriander powder.Take half onion ,5-6 garlic and blend with a little water.Add this onion garlic paste into it.After that add 1 tbsp besan/Garam Flour in it.It provides the binding force to the meat balls.Mix well so that all spices gets mixed.Mix with hands.Place it on room temperature for 20 minutes.

Pour some oil on your hand and make small balls with their edges flattened.Make medium sized meatballs.Keep placing it on a flat Tray.You can use it at now.You can make a lot recipes from it.You can make Kofta Gravy,Kofta Biryani,Gola kabab an many more.You can keep it in refrigerator fro 15 days.Grabb its complete video recipe here.
