Crispy Chicken pakora is a traditional style of chicken pakora.It is usually served in pakistai weddings.Now make this tasty & Crispy Snack at your home .Serve hot with Ketchup or hot sauce.
Oil to fry
Chicken /2 kg
Garam Flour/Besan 1/4 cup
Kalonji Seeds few
Salt as per taste
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Water half cup
Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry chicken with tsp of salt in it until golden brown.Transfer into a dish when done.
Take 1/4 cup garam Flour.Add few kalonji/Nigella seeds ini t.Add salt according to your taste.Add 1/2 tsp Paprika powder.Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.Add half cup water to make a thick paste.
Heat Oil in a pan to fry chicken pakora. Take one fried chicken piece .Coat it with besan batter.After that Add into hot oil.Fry on medium flame. Do the same with other chicken.
