Chilli Mutton

Chilli Mutton is a mutton recipe for spice lovers specially.Its a different recipe than the usually made mutton recipes.You can try this recipe with beef and chicken as well.So make it and Enjoy!!!


Mutton 1/2 kg

Nigella Seeds powder 1tsp

Salt as per taste

Green Chilli 6-7

Lemon Juice 1/2 cup

Lemon Slices 4-6

Black Pepper 1tsp

Bay Leaf 1

Onion 1/2 cup

Ginger Paste 1 tbsp

Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Oil 3 tbsp

Water 1/2 cup

Cumin Seeds 1tsp


Heat Oil in a pan.Add onion and let it cook untilChilli Mutton it is softened.Now add ginger garlic paste ,black pepper and mutton in it.Let it cook until the smel of mutton changes into fragrance.Now add water and let the mutton cook.After 30 -35 minutes add lemon juice,lemon slices,Green chillis,cumin seeds,bay leaf and nigella seeds powder in it.Cover it and leave for 5 minutes in medium flame.After 5 minutes your chilli mutton is ready.Enjoy with Chapati and Salad.Also Try Shimla Mirch ki Sabzi.Grabb Tasty & Tried Recipes here.
