Chicken Tikka Biryani

Biryani and specially chicken tikka biryani is the first love of every Pakistani. Not only  Pakistanis other who love spices will love to eat this spicy chicken tikka biryani.

Ingredients

For Rice:

Rice 3 cup
Water to boil Rice 3 cup
Salt as per Taste
Green Chillis 2-4

For Chicken Marination

Chicken 1/2 kg
Chicken Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp 
Yogurt 2 tbsp

For Biryani Masala

Onions 4 Large
Tomato 5 Large
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Red Crushed Pepper
Salt as per Taste
Biryani Masala 2 tbsp
coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

For Rice

Heat Water until Boil.Add salt and Green Chillis in it.Add Rice that are Soaked in water for 30 minutes.Wash them properly because it is diectly related to your family’s health.When Rice are boiling Drain its water and left Aside.

For Chicken Tikka:

In a bowl marinate chicken with all the above mentioned spices.As if marination time increases chicken get more juicy and tasty.Mix well and leave for 1 hour.Cook this marinated chicken for 15 minutes.

For Biryani Masala:

Heat Oil in a pan.Add sliced Onions in it. When Onions get Brown. Separate half of them for Biryani Dam and leave half in the pan. Add Chopped Tomato,yogurt. Saute until tomato gets soft. Add salt, biryani masala, red crushed pepper,vinegar and coriander Powder in it.Add this thick paste into Cooked Chicken .Stir for 5 minutes.Your Biryani Masala is ready.

For Biryani Layers:

First make a layer of biryani masala. Second make the layer Of Boiled Rice.Third spread sliced tomato,sliced lemon and fried onions.Cook for 5 minutes.

Your Biryani is Ready.Serve with Rita.
