Chicken Shawarma is a famous spicy and saucy street food in Asia.It is a kind of Wrap Chicken with a lot of spicy sauce.Kids love it and they are always ready to eat.So make it at home and provide them a clean healthy and delicious Shawarma at home.


Shawarma Bread 3

Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg

Yogurt 2 tbsp

Garlic Powder 1 tbsp

Chicken Tikka Masala 1/2 tsp

Salt as per taste

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Cabbage 1

Cucumber 1


Sesame Seeds 1/2 cup

Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Oil 1/2 cup

Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Lemon Juice 1 tsp


Chicken ShawarmaWash 1/2 kg chicken well.Remember nothing is more precious than your family’s health.

Take chicken in a bowl.Marinate it with 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Chicken Tikka Masala  tbsp Vinegar and Salt as per taste and mix well. Leave it for 2 hours. Now heat oil in a pan.Add marinated chicken in it and cook for 15-20 minutes.When chicken is done transfer it into a plate and place aside.

Now Roast 1/2 cup Sesame seeds in a pan.Then blend it with 2 tbsp of Olive oil.transfer 2 tbsp of this sesame seeds paste into a dish .Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise ,1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp black pepper in it and mix well.Your Shawarma Sauce is ready.

Heat oil in a pan.Add shawarma bread one by one and let it toast.Now in a separate tray,place butter paper and shawarma bread.Spread sauce on it.Add chicken in it.Now add cucumber slices and chopped cabbage as you want.You can add sauce and topping as of your choice.You can add Red crushed pepper if you like spices.Now carefully wrap it.Repeat the procedure with other shawarma bread.Serve hot.
