Chicken Paratha Roll

Chicken Paratha Roll a famous street food in asia now a days.It is a healthy fast food. Now you can make a healthy & clean tasty chicken roll at home in no cost.It can be made easily.You can store the sauce used in it for 1 month easily.Chicken fillings can be made so easily.It is a jhatpat ready to eat food.

Ingredients:

Chicken Fillings

  • 1/4 kg Chicken
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Red Crushed Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • half Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Oil

Mayo Sauce

  • Seseme Seeds Paste
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Crushed Pepper
  • half Lemon

Paratha

  • 1/2 Cup Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Vegetables

  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumber

Procedure:

Chicken Fillings

First wash the 1/4 kg chicken then and make cubes . Add chicken cubes in a bowl .Add 1/2 Cup Yogurt,1 tbsp Red Crushed Pepper, Paprika Powder, Chicken Tikka Masala , Soy Sauce and Vinegar After that add 1 tsp Black Pepper, half Lemon and 1 tbsp Salt. Marinate it for half an hour . Now take 2 tbsp oil in pane on high flame . Add marinated chicken into pane.Cook it for 4-5 minutes on high flame. After 4-5 min cook it for 10 minutes for low flame. Chicken is done ,transfer it in plate.

Mayo Sauce

Take half cup seseme seeds in a dish. Add 2 tbsp Mayonnaise ,1 tbsp Black Pepper and 1 tbsp Red Crushed Pepper in it .And half Lemon squeeze in it.Mix it well .

Paratha

Take 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour in a bowl . Add 1 tbsp salt in it .Add 1 tbsp Oil in it . Add 1/2 cup Milk in it. Mix it well . Knead with soft hands. Place it at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Vegetables

Now slice vegetables .

Paratha Roll

Make a small ball out of dough. Roll it out according to your desire size (0.5 inch). Spread oil all over paratha. Again roll it to make your desired size paratha .Pour a little oil into a pan .Add paratha and shallow fry its both sides for 3-4 minutes .
