Capsicum Rice

Capsicum Rice is a healthy Recipe for lunch as well as dinner.Make this and Serve with Raita and Green Chilli Chatni.

Ingredients Capsicum Rice:

Rice 1/2 kg

Tomato 2 cup

Capsicum 2 cup

Green Chilli 3

Salt as per taste

Black Pepper

Oil 1/2 cup

Water 2 glass


Wash rice with water well.You family’s health comes first. Soak for 1 hour.Rinse it off..Capsicum RiceBoil rice and place aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add tomato,salt,black pepper and saute for 5 minutes.Add capsicum in it. Saute for 5 minutes.Add boiled rice in it then crushed green chillis. Cover the lid on it and cook for 7 minutes.Dish out it.Enjoy with Raita.
