Black Pepper Mutton is a mutton recipe which you can make in any Dawat either Lunch /Dinner.Usually Mutton dishes served or made at home contain a large amount of calories. These big meals cause mild digestion problems.Black pepper mutton is a light meal.It will cause no digestion problems. Also it is much more delicious than you ever made recipes.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 Large Size
- Mutton 1& 1/2 kg
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Water as required to cook mutton
- Lemon 2 medium size
- Green Chillies 4-5
- Yogurt 1 cup
Remember cleanliness is an important thing before you are going to cook anything.Nothing is more important than your family ‘s health.So wash every thing you bought from the store.Also wash your hands before cooking and before Eating.
First take 1 & 1/2 kg mutton .Wash it very well.After that heat oil in a pressure cooker or in a wok.When oil becomes hot to 180C, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it.Let it saute until it becomes golden brown.Chop 2 large sized onion.Add these to the golden brown ginger garlic paste.Saute it until they become soft or a little white.After that add 1& 1/2 kg washed mutton in it.Then add 1 tbsp salt/as per taste in it.Mix well.Let it first cook on higher flame for 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes lower the flame.Add 1 tbsp Black pepper and 1 tsp/Pinch Turmeric in it. Mix well.
Add 2 cup of water to cook mutton. Higher the flame so that the water becomes dried.When the water is dried add some lemon slices and some green chilies as much you like.The aroma of Green chilies and the Taste of Lemon Slices is amazing to take.Let it cook for further 5 minutes on higher flame.Then add 1 cup yogurt.Mix well.
If you are using a pressure cook. Close the lid .After the whistle sound wait for 15 minutes.Then open the lid.If you are using a wok.Cover the lid.Let it simmer on low flame for 30 minutes or until mutton is done.
After that open the lid.Garnish with Lemon slices,green chilies and ginger slices.
