Bhuna Keema is a famous roadside mince recipe.You can serve it with Chapati as well as Paratha. Make it at your home and enjoy the same taste as that of available in roadside restaurants. Have a good time with your family.


Mince 1/2 kg

Chopped tomatoes 1 cup

Chopped Green chilli 1/2 cup

Sliced Capsicum 1/4 cup

Sliced Onion 1 cup

Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Sliced Ginger 1/4 cup

Chopped Ginger and Garlic half cup each

First wash mince well.Soak it and place aside.Heat oil in

a pan.Add onion in it and saute for 2-3 minutes.Then add chopped ginger and garlic and saute until it gets golden.Now add mince and fry it very well until excess water gets dried.Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.Add tomato,green chilli,crushed pepper salt ,tumeric powder and let it cook for 2-3 miutes.Finally add sliced capsicum.Dish out your BHUNA KEEMA and garnish with corriander leaves and sliced ginger.Also Try Spicy Vegetable Macroni .Grabb more Tasty & Tried Recipes here.
