Bhuna Gosht/ Bhuna Mutton

Bhuna Gosht/ Bhuna Mutton is a finger licking and a complete recipe with few ingredients. It is a light and healthy Meat recipe as it contains less spices.You can easily make it at home in no time.Serve it with Chappatis. You can also serve it with Boiled Rice.


Oil /2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Mutton 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Water if required
Green chillies 5-6


Bhuna Gosht/ Bhuna Mutton

Heat Oil in a Pressure cooker.Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste in it.Saute until golden brown.Then add well washed 1/2 kg Mutton in it.Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.Then add 1 tbsp Salt and 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.Let it further cook for 10-15 minutes on high flame.

Add some water if necessary. When raw smell of meat has gone add 1 tbsp Black Pepper in it.Add chopped green chillies in it.Let it cook on medium flame until the oil comes above.After that add 1 cup of water ,cover the lid and let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes mutton is cooked.Let its water be dried.
