Beef Yakhni Pulao

Beef yakhni pulao is a finger licking Pulao Recipe.It is basically a beef pulao with bones.You can make it on Eid-ul-Azha.It is an all time favorite rice recipe for Eid dawat.So make it and serve it with Green Chutney.


Onion half sliced
Onion 2 chopped
Garlic 7-8 cloves
Cardamon 1
Salt 1 tbsp
Beef 1/2 kg
Cloves Optional
Oil 1/2 cup
Garam Masala 1 tbsp


Beef Yakhni Pulao

First Prepare Beef Stock/Yakhni.In a pressure cooker add 1 litre water.Add half sliced onion and 7-8 garlic cloves.Add 1 big black cardamon,1 tbsp salt and some cloves(optional).Add 1/2 kg Well.Cover the cooker’s lid and put on weight for at least 1.5 hours.After that remove the lid.Strain the stock from Beef.

In a separate pan add 1/2 cup oil.Add 2 chopped onion.Saute and let it gets the golden colour.After that add some water and 1 tbsp of garam masala.Then add cooked beef in it and let it roast.When its smell is vanished add beef stock in it.Add 1 glass of water.Let it boil.Add soaked rice in it.Rice are well washed and soaked for atleast half an hour.Let the water in the rice gets dried.When it is dried cover the lid and a put a heavy thing on it.Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.After 4 minutes transfer it into a serving dish Serve Hot and serve with Green Chatni.Grabb Chicken Pulao Recipe here.Grabb its complete video recipe here.
