Band Gobhi Ka Salan is a simple and quick veg takatak recipe.You can make it at home in 20 minutes easily.It is a quick and healthy dish.You can serve it in your breakfast with Paratha.It can be served with simple Garlic Paratha, Aaloo Paratha,Mooli Paratha etc,It adds better taste to your breakfast.Make and Enjoy a healthy Meal.

Ingredients:

  •  Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Cabbage 1 cup 
  •  Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
  •  Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  •  Green Chillies 3 items
  •  Red Chillies 3 items
  •  Tomatoes 2 large
  •  Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  •  Salt 1 tbsp
  •  Paprika Powder 1 tsp

Duration:

20 Minutes

Procedure:

First of all Wash all vegetables.Remember nothing is preferrable than your health.So make cleanliness your habit.After that cut vegetables and place aside.Meanwhile Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a pan. Add 1 cup Chopped Cabbage in it. Let it Fry for 2 minutes.When it is fried to a little crisp it is done. Transfer it into a plate.

Then Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a another pan.Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds in it. Then Add 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds. Let it roast for 1 minute until a smokey fragrant comes out. Then Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste. Let it turn golden brown

After that Add 3-4 green Chillies in it. Add 2-3 Red Chillies also. Afterwards add 1 large sliced tomato in it. Then Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp Salt and 1 tsp Paprika Powder in it. Let tomatoes turn soft.

After that add fried cabbage in it. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with Paratha in breakfast.
